On mispulls CandyKiss, I feel like I've got a lot more to do than Shield Bash. Rotating cooldowns, doing my rotation to sustain all the hate necessary, I don't feel like it's worth the trying to time through the animation lock, but maybe that's just me.

I think the ability would be perfect off the GCD, but re-triggering it, and either no longer interrupting a combo, or starting a single target, or aoe combo.
