Skill Discussion : Leeches

I think it's unfair how WHM's Esuna is better than Leeches, Esuna has a 20% chance to cost no mana. They both have the same exact mana cost and cast time, since Leeches is a Level 40 JOB skill I think it should be given something to compensate.

WHM should have a fairy that does most of the curing for it too, right? And an AOE that makes everyone in it take less damage, right? And heals that give damage reduction, right?
