teleporting, hidden in the ground bot spotted

until now, it was possible to report the bot that was using teleport for gather, but i just did see something that will make this harder...
now they hide in the ground, i dunno how they do it. at the start i have believe it was bug of the game making sound and effect like i was mining, but after a while i have notice a bit of the mining tool coming out of the ground.

how we are supposed to report this? i means it's impossible to target them, then to know the character name of it and report them it's... well you have get the point.

the one i have spotted was near uld'ah in the thanalan central minning copper on ragnarok server, still doing it while i write this.

Yeah I see them all the time on my server, especially mining. You see some of their name but they are in the ground and can't click on them. I check the lodestone to see their stats and they are clearly bots. I had three guys with the starting out male hyur design, all 3 level 29 with level one race specific gear. It's sad

I reported a few of these on Lamia last night. It just pisses me off... especially when you go on the market board and see that majority of crystal sales are from Hdghdf Adfhahd and other similar name.
