    How do I get my preorder items?

    On the Mogstation page it says I'm supposed to enter some code to get my preorder items but I have no idea where it that code is. It's not on my findmyorder.com page anywhere.

    I never got that e-mail. I have a serial number for the pre-order bonus, but not an unlock code. How do I go about getting the unlock code now.
