    Support request: 40 character limit? Are you kidding me?

    Sorry Square, but what the hell are you thinking here? 40 characters isn't even enough to copy and paste the error message that pops up. These character limits you impose on things just are not enough and you're just annoying paying/potential customers in the process.

    It's no wonder that the actual support for the game is horrible with such a limitation. How can anyone explain what their issue is so that it can be handled by whatever automated service you use when they're so severely limited? How can any eventual human understand what the issue is when the error message has to be trimmed just to fit within those limitations forcing people to try and figure out what part of it is most important.

    And now, having made this thread, I cannot make a proper post in the technical support portion of the forums because of your other limitations imposed on players simply because they did not choose to grind straight to level 50. My combined play-time thus far is much longer than most level 30's, and in doing more than one thing mindlessly I have a much wider grasp on the overall game... Why should I continue to be penalized? Why should anyone?

    I have cancelled my automatic renewal of my account because this is silly and no company should be using such a limited level of support that you currently have.
