I can't even submit a stupid support ticket

Guys, I love this game, but I'm about to uninstall the damn thing and be done with this nightmare.

I haven't been able to log in for DAYS because of some stupid 90K error.

I can't get ahold of help via telephone, so I tried to submit an online ticket. It asks you to run this "system spec" program that you copy and paste into the support ticket. Evidently, mine is "too long" and it won't send.

Mother f'er...I am god damn RAGING right now.

When are they going to fix this crap and how in the hell am I supposed to access help to figure out what the damn problem is and why I could play just fine until this week and now NOTHING?

I have eight days left on my "Free Trial". If this crap ain't fixed and I can't log in...do these fools think I'm actually going to PAY THEM for a game I can't log into?

May not really need all that information, and you don't have to submit the full report to submit the email form. Just make sure to give an accurate overview of your system environment, like all the hardware details (CPU, Mboard, RAM, HD, GPU--or at least the core system make/model with those key details broken out). They'll also need your OS and service pack level as well as when it was last patched (like all Winupdates through to a set date) and your DirectX version. Provide as much detail as you can about your connection and network layout (direct to modem, or running through a router and provide that router's make/model, and as much detail as you can give about your security setup (Antivirus, Firewall, Anti-Malware, etc.).

dxdiag is just a convenient way to get nearly all of that in one shot with just a few clicks--but it is overkill for most situations. The real benefit to running that though is to see if it picks up any problems with your drivers and DirectX.
