The reson for my suggestions would make running a company fun, and less irritating in think. One annoyance in WoW I had was people butting in when I was recruiting for my guilds (rp and other) They would start crap or ruin the feel.

Also Id like to see a Company board where companies can put up recruitment notices and give who to talk to.

Company run tavers, halls and shops add a bit of old school rpg fun to them. They also give a fun place to hold meetings or recruitment.

Another Idea is a recruitment form. Which the Pretty much when you add someone to your company a window pops up with say a list of rules (or w/e leader puts) and the "ok" signs your name sorta speak.

This way new recruits know the rules of the company. Maybe of a few tabs like a rule tab (to write basic rules) a outline tab (to write a basic outline of what your company does) and a calander tab to set events with a time and meeting place.
