There is really no reason to ever use Sic. If you just start attacking a monster with the Pet not in the Steady stance, it will immediately sic the mob you are attacking. Obey makes it so that the Egi will not use any attack/move other than the basic Auto Attack. Thus when us use Obey the pet will not use their AoE attack and wake up all the sleeping mobs.
