    Seeing Messages From People On Black List

    So, I've put people that are gil spamming on my black list, but I still see the spam a few times every time I zone back in to that particular shout area! It takes a couple minutes to register that they are on my black list...

    This I believe only happens when you open your blacklist while somebody you have blacklisted is shouting. This is the actual "broken" part of it

    I have seen this happen myself and agree. The names have to load on the blacklist when you open it, so every time you open it there is a period where some people aren't on it, which is why you see a shout from them.
