Free Company <Radiance> is looking to add more players to our raiding roster. Currently, we have killed Titan for our relic weapons and are preparing for Bahamut's Coil.
Most of our members are PC gamers, have had years of experience in MMOs, are friendly, skilled, and eager to raid. Also, most of our playerbase is 20+, have jobs, go to school etc. I believe strongly in raiding efficiently, therefore, our raid time will not be wasted. I'm forced to replace anyone that has constant connection issues or dies repeatedly to preventable damage.
Current requirements for application: 50, PC, Ventrilo, have your Relic started (or within the week), and a good attitude.
Current priority for recruiting classes: DPS, Scholar, everything else.
Our core 8 man group is essentially formed, I'm mainly recruiting for a secondary 8 man, and eventually a third to enter 24 man raids. A raid leader position is open for Group 2, this individual will be promoted to Officer once Group 2 proves itself.
Additional notes to applicants: I take a lot of pride in my guild and each of the individuals in it. This guild is a "min/max" guild. Expect to farm consumables and food for progression raids. Expect to level your secondary classes to pick up valuable cross-class abilities. Expect to have a secondary class that you must play proficiently and have the gear to support (which can be acquired raiding on your main class). Expect wiping on progression, for there's no reward for an easy raid. Your trial process is more than your skill. I need people that aim to make this guild their permanent home on Goblin. Your attitude and dedication to not only the game, but our guild is equally important as skill. If you're not geared at the moment, but meet all of the criteria listed above, please still apply. Gear can be acquired easily.
Thank you for your consideration. An officer in the guild is working on our website. For now, to apply, please add me to your friends list in game and send me a message. I will set up a Vent interview with you and we'll take it from there.
Cheers,
Somnuse Baenre
