    I guess it would be nice if OP (or someone else...) gives the same information regarding English communication to Japanese players...

    Lots of schools teach english languages jp and mexico are two examples. Even though we can take languages classes here in U.S it's not really high requirement and we take them in highschool. While they take them early.
