Account hacked, now getting error 3102

Friend told me my character was spamming in town, so I changed my info. Currently I can't log in due to error code 3102. Naturally I assume it was banned, though I received no email. I'd call or chat support, but it is virtually non existent. Amazing the account lasted a whole 2 weeks prior to being compromised.

In any case, I hear many people have this issue and it takes weeks to resolve. If that's the case, see you in another game. Silly lol.

GF compromised/suspended on Saturday the 21st, she called phone support Monday the 23rd when they opened back up and waited for an agent for 5 and a half hours in total, got told they would start an investigation, its now been 1 week since he account was compromised, 1 week monday since she got the investigation started and have heard nothing from the yet at all on the issue outside of a blanket email of them full banning the account for the duration of the investigation. In simpler terms, the horror stories you've heard, are true.

While I'm sorry for the people who's accounts got compromised/suspended or even worse. Everyone should do them self a favor and buy the authenticator key fob to help protect there account.

If you happen to own a iOS/Android device you can get the authenticator app for free. When they see you got the authenticator on your account chances are they will move to more easy targets.

just as an update, managed to log in finally. gil still intact, looks like all they did was shout. i reset all my security and such, and fortunately doesnt seem like i need to deal with the non existent support.
