I brought this up the other day while sitting afk in my inn. Why have beds in inns/house and not be able to do /sleep? XD it sounds silly to some, but I suppose for role players it has a use.
(Get your heads out of the gutter!)
"Everyone has something they hold dear, something they never want to lose. That's why they pretend. That's why they hide the truth. And that's why they lie."
I totally agree with having /sleep
Why is it not already a thing?!
Would also like them to change /wave.
I use this to greet people but my toon raises their hand right into the air as though trying to get attention from a person 2 miles away.

THIS. This is THE most important missing emote, IMO! I need it! D: And it needs to be just a toggle animation like /sit, now how with /doze the animation plays out and then you go back to normal.
Sorry! isn't an emote. It's you saying the word sorry!. Do we always do a particular motion when we say those words? Not really.I LOVE the emotes icon in this game. I like that I can open it up and see every emote available and just play around with them. Though something this game is missing is some really simple emotes that one would think would be a no brainer to include. There's no /sorry, /thanks, /hello, /goodbye. Including some such as these would really help the language barriers as well as some of these simple phrases aren't even included in the auto translation function... If anyone else has any other simple emotes that should likely be included feel free to comment. Thanks!
if by "Hello" you want to wave to someone, we have /wave for that. there's also /welcome.
This game has a pretty wide selection of emote,s to say (lack thereof) is ridiculous.

Emote are fine now to me. Only thing I would want added is group emotes but its not going to bother me without.
I'm pretty happy with the emotes as is, but OMG, give me /sigh! Pretty please!
You are correct. To say "I'm sorry" is not an emotion. However, someone can feel apologetic, and to apologize is an action one person might wish to take. I do not think it is wrong for me to want my character to be able to actively apologize in place of me just typing "I'm sorry".Sorry! isn't an emote. It's you saying the word sorry!. Custom emote text is /em, if I recall correctly. Typing "motion" after an emote (ie: "/shrug motion") will do the motion without the normal text, which allows you to fill in your own text with /em.Ya and for /thank it could be a different version of a bow and for /hello it could be a different version of a wave, but even if the game just typed out "[character name] is deeply sorry" etc. in emote text that would suffice. Also having a function to create our own emote text lines would be cool.
Pretty much as you said, for thanks I just use /bow, and for hello I just use /wave, but I do agree some other emotes would be nice.
