Spam situation is intolerable.

They need to have GMs hop between major centers and insta-ban any spammers. Let the Task Force/Customer Service sort out if it was a legitimate ban after the fact.

I'm more interested in how they're actually hacking accounts... back in the early alpha/beta they had a problem where people logging into the game would somehow log into someone else's account.
We never really figured out how that was happening and apparently SE fixed it, but I wonder if they didn't completely patch the code and now a back door is completely open for hackers who know where to look.

Blacklisted by more than 10 people an hour huh? So if 10 people or so decide they don't like this one player, they could all blacklist and instant ban? Yeah, nothing like a new way to cyber-bully. Great idea.

If only they could utilize some cutting edge tech from the 1980's "AOL-type" chat rooms..
Have a admin watching all the server chats, not full UI's and world rendering... just chat channels (town "chatrooms" specificly) and hand
out flags to accounts for investigation (with a temporary ban of coarse) to obvious offenders. This is an easy, fast, effective, and most
importantly to the service provider CHEAP solution...

There are spammers in the major cities right now that have been fixtures like lamp posts for the last 2 weeks ... I report these ASAP with
full copy paste of the exact spammed message shout/say/tell whatever.. That type of complete negligence is shockingly bad for a
AAA & SUB-based title in the current market.

IMHO SE or any MMO needs to offer a higher standard of customer service and response time to justify it's monthly SUB..
There are more and more free to play MMO's that are coming close to the quality of SUB based MMOS.

FYI .. I am not hating .. I love this game despite it's faults and plan on continuing to play and pay it's SUB 8).
Honestly there a few things that needs polished, reworked, utilized, or straight up fixed.
This lack real time action against spammers is in my top 5 of these issues.
And no... 2 weeks of the same spammers is NOT acceptable AT ALL!
