I would guess the new Jobs will come from entire new classes. It promotes low end content which expands the life of the game. (even if most will just FATE grind the new class)

Yeah if not MRD, I am guessing that as well. We need a two handed sword class not just for this, but also for SAM. My guess it will probably be name Soldier to draw in the FFVII crowd.
