It doesn't make it useless when you need tp for your attacks in this game, just like in XI.

If you automate it, it becomes boring. It becomes the same thing in FFXI: Wait.... macro. Wait.... macro.

And really, you only have to hit 3-4 times to use most TP skills anyway... so I fail to see how that's spamming.
