    SE, how about you hire some CS representatives that know wtf their job is?

    I've put in 4 separate item recovery requests already (6 at the time of typing this) and every time I get the same generic response.

    It's the same exact response both through email support and in game GM contacts. Where does following their directions lead me?



    I think my eyesight is good enough to read that what your representatives are telling me is pure BS. Fire them and get people that understand their job description. And while you're at it, I'd like to get my item recovered. kthx.

    Well at least you get the generic response. They just hold mine for 48hours and close the tickets. I have a legacy chocobo that is still missing off one of my characters. Said when I can create a new character and it's right there bam. But when I look at my old one missing. Something wrong with this picture.

    Seems to me they dont have any customer service at all. It's all bunch of automated replies.
