Please let NA players redeem Veteran Rewards.

Currently there is no way to get Veteran Rewards as an NA player since game cards do not exist here.

This means the only way to get Veteran Rewards is to wait until the current free time period is up and then to purchase time afterward.

I want to go ahead and pay for the time now so I can receive my Veteran Rewards but there is no option to do so. Please allow us to go ahead and give you money SE. ; ;

SE don't really reply on your forums so I'm afraid you're waiting for an answer that is unlikely to come. You could try contacting support, but it would appear we'll just have to wait for our free time to run out.

If they wanted to take our money early, they probably could, but (and this is just a guess) they probably won't want to do that because some people would call them crooks for taking money before it's needed and that's another headache they don't want.

Gamecard people get it straight away because they've already "paid" so that service needs to be added. Sorry I didn't have a better reply for you

NA players can not redeem anything at the minute because nothing can be applied to your account until free time runs out. Game cards do not exist in NA.

I think they meant Crysta, but with the current way Mogstation is I haven't found how Crysta can be applied to our accounts
