    Question about Provisions and Supply turn ins

    What does it mean when a provision / supply turn in has a gold star next to it and orange text?

    Based on the increased point value and relative difficulty to attain?

    That's how most 1-2 star crafts and gather targets operate.

    I've turned in this same item for a provision / supply turn in 3 times before, and never once had the Star or orange text.

    Do we have a definite answer on what the supply/provision star means? It's been buggin me for a while now.
