    refunded my pc game key code still active

    i refunded my pc game of xiv arr and the key code is still active and is their anyway to take the pc game key code off my account since i refunded the pc game

    Just deactivate the service account from the mogstation and never use it again. When you use a new code, it'll have to be on a new service account.

    If you don't like that old service account still being on your account, just create a completely new Square Enix account.
