I wanted to write to mention how happy I am with the great attitude and assistance provided by Gm Jederien in regards to two different issues I was having in-game. It's great seeing that, even though it can take a while before a GM is able to work on a ticket, Square Enix trained and employs some great GM who understand the situations we deal with and are quite efficient in the way they resolve any issues.

With that said, I hope some of you that are complaining can keep in mind the thousands of tickets/complaints they receive each day compared to the number of people that are currently employed. Hope you can take it easy on these hardworking individuals.
