i bought the wrong item and would simply like the refund of the 1,300 tombstones i had. i equipted it once right infront of the vendor to notice it takes my head slot aswell. [Full cowl.]
so now im here trying to see if there is a possible refund that could happen.
never used it, sits in my armory chest

Why would you think you bought the wrong one just because it takes both head and chest slots? I believe both of the caster darklight chest pieces are like that, as is the WAR chest piece. The only reason that it would be wrong is if you bought the healing one instead of the casting one

Still unless it was the Darklight Cowl of Healing that was bought instead of the Casting, there's no reason to return it as the appropriate item was bought. I think she wants to return it because she thinks that there in a non cowl darklight chest piece that could have been bought for BLM/THM which there is not.

this player must be really into the game. Much much emphasis on the cowl not having been worn and is still new.

Still, it would be great to be able to get full refund for an item that you buy but never equip (within a time limit) just in case you make such a mistake. We're not perfect.

Actually we don't know if this person actually bought the wrong item. It could be they think its the wrong item because it takes up two slots.
