Every time I try to buy crysta or a subscription using my card it gives me a 11000 error. Has anyone else been having this problem?

I've sat in the chat queue for 2 hours twice yesterday trying to sort this out only to be told that there are no agents available. I've submitted five email support tickets and only got a response once that wasn't automated, and it told me to use the chat support system.

I'm in the chat queue again but I don't have high hopes. I hope someone here has dealt with this before. Cheers.
