Can't make Threads outside of this Area

At level 28, you can only make one thread per day. Have you made one already?

No. And just to make sure I haven't done any drunk posting, I went and checked my previous posts, and the first one in here and two others about 3 weeks ago are all I have made. This was the first thread I have ever created.
