1.0 Characters vs. Legacy

Hi all,
Just a quick question. My character is a 1.0 character. I did not play much past the free period after release. I had even deleted my original character and came back during the "welcome back" campaign in 1.0 but quit again because it was still terrible

As such I started with a lvl 8 lancer and nothing else. I am not a Legacy character. I transferred to Excalibur with a friend who decided not to continue. Will I be able to transfer back to another non-legacy server with other friends?

Eventually, yes. Server transfers will open up at the start of next month but we don't know yet if the original plan will still be in place where 1.0 characters can only transfer to legacy servers.

Really, the only difference in a 1.0 character, and a 2.0 one, are some of the customization options. I have a 'saved' character template of my 1.0 Hyru, who has a face-paint/tatoo option on it, that is NOT available if you were to make a 2.0 character from scratch, but on the flip side, when i load that saved character customization, i cant pick any of the 'new' facepaints/tatoo options that a 2.0 character can (though i can do the new 'odd-eyes' and 'hair-tips' options)
