So if you sold period, to someone who bought high like mil or more, your screwed.

Or maybe he's not telling the full truth. A lot of times when people complain about being banned for something they didn't do...usually they did do something (even if small or borderline) and don't want to admit it.
Would be more interested to know how this was differentiated from a normal sale. For example, I cannot see gil sellers wanting people to list a higher level, high quality item since this would probably be way beyond the means of what a newer player (those who might actually want to buy gil) to acquire for the purposes of the trade/listing. More likely it is that this person was also listing quantities of common items, like dark matter or crystal shards, for much more than what any rational person would pay for it. Or they unknowingly bought these items as part of their crafting.
Or mebbe they are telling the full truth, and, like, SE is screwing them?
I know my guildmate that's got the email sells only on the market JUST because of this type of paranoia and he's getting the axe, so yeah.
Auto program with no human interventions are BAD YO.
Biggest problem is the market users are being hit, and like how could they know? Someone buys your super expensive 2 star craft and your like cool! How can you ban a crafter for doing his job and using the market?
P.S. 10 mil is apparently the autoban cap, folks who used market only are reporting they got banned if they had that or more so w/e.

if you selling your item beyond normal price way too much, you will get ban. example: ice shard per unit 100-500 you sell 100k per unit. there is no way a normal player will buy it.
