Error 10102 (yes i looked already)

so i was playing fine last night on phoenix when all of a sudden the server went down. figured they were just doing maintenance. now every time i try to log in it loads for longer then usual and just gives me error 10102 (cant connect to server). Ive tried restarting, running in admin, everything i can think of. even reset my internet. and i know the server isn't down cause my friend on ps3 is playing just fine. does anyone have a solution to this?

Last night I also had no issues. Then they had some patch last night after I went to bed...wake up, and now cannot a) log on to Famfrit with my main b) make a new character on Famfrit.

I can create a character on any other server and access other toons on other servers...but my toon on Famfrit that I have put a lot of time into...
