This is exactly why I see this being an issue. People jumping into things without even knowing how to play their job. It's like people that buy maxed out accounts but have no clue what they're doing. They become a detriment to the group.

Not to mention you don't actually get to level your new job, which is kind of lame. I know not everyone enjoys leveling (and neither do I at times as it can be a grind, especially after finishing the story) but part of the fun of playing a new class is doing dungeons and unlocking gear and learning your class as you level it. That's pretty much thrown out the window with the way the system is currently designed.
