developmental oversight bahamuts coil.

Originally i put in a ticket in game for this issue and was told to post it here. Even tho it didnt seem like my question was answered or my ticket was even read im doing so. On sunday september 22. my ls went into bahamuts coil for the first time. we kill the first boss got our loot. someone hadnt passed the monk pants before we teleported to enter turn 2 pants disintegrated unable to obtain item. now up until this point in dungeons when u teleport into the next part of a dungeon after killing a boss it doesnt matter loot still distributes. i understand why it doesnt in coil but some kind of warning about every part of bahamuts coil being separate instances prior would have been nice. also an answer to my question about whether or not the item can be restored would be nice.

We Killed First Boss in Bahamuts Coil earlier. Got monk pants and DRG earring. Earring dropped to correct person but someone hadnt passed pants before we tried to move to 2nd turn. so the pants that were going to drop to me instead couldnt be obtained by anyone. Is there a way to get those restored.
