    Twintania uses Fireball too early

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Fight Twintania on Coeurl (or presumably Coeurl's instance group).
    2. Reach phase 2
    3. Notice that Fireball will often be cast too early, 23/24 seconds after the last, instead of the expected 25 seconds.

We've been seeing that Twintania will often cast her Fireball at shorter intervals than intended. The result is that two Fireballs apply overlapping Waxen Flesh stacks, which results in the next Conflagrate being impossible to kill.

Watching other FCs attempt this boss, the Fireball is cast exactly 25 seconds apart, so that Waxen Flesh from the previous Fireball wears off before the next lands.

I think this may have to do with the instance servers. We have found a video of one other FC that is facing the same problem, and they are on the same instance group as we are. The rest of the FCs, who aren't experiencing this problem, are located in another group. No other FCs on Coeurl are on Twintania, so we can't confirm with them.

As a result, this is making an already extremely hard encounter even harder for us.

Also found another video of the problem: http://www.twitch.tv/frostx/b/464077596 around 1:28:00. Twintania casts a Fireball too early, and they have to run it into the Conflag so it doesn't stack on top of the current Waxen Flesh.
In other FC's videos, this doesn't happen. Even for the FC in the video, this only happens once.

Likely you aren't standing in one of the correct 1x1 pixel floor tiles that delays Fireball by 2 seconds.
