WiFi shutting down when logging in

Anyone else having this problem? My internet will be running just fine. I log in to the game, and either at the main screen or the loading screen after selecting my character, my WiFi on my computer shuts off. I get booted to the desktop and it reconnects without issue. I try to log in again and the same thing happens. I have rebooted my modem and my router, as well as my wireless adapter and my computer, and it keeps happening. The WiFi is staying on (I can tell because my phone stays connected) but my computer loses connection every time I try to log in.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this? It is incredibly frustrating

Wired to router, but wifi and wifi devices shut off when I play.

I sort of have the same problem. What kind of router do you have? I am wired to the wireless router. However when i get passed the login screen and as far as the character selection, I can tell that the routers wireless radio shuts off. I can actually sit here on my phone and watch it disconnect wirelessly from the router. All other devices(laptops) connected to the router also lose their connection. Now whats strange is, I can watch the connection on my phone come back if i alt-tab away from the character selection screen to windows, and disappear again if I alt-tab back into the game. The game is obviously playing with my routers emotions.

I'm actually pretty sure the problem isn't with my router, as my phone does NOT lose its wifi connection when my computer does. I think it might be some problem with my wireless adapter, which is more irritating because it's brand new. It's a TP-LINK 300Mbps Wireless N PCI Adapter. Model TL-WN951N. I log in, it shuts off, and once I get back to the desktop it picks my WiFi right back up. Been doing it for the past 24ish hours, but I played just fine all night on Wednesday.

This is the UPnP/Router firewall failing to open ports issue.

I have to wonder though, how many people are using a router... behind a router. Like if you have an ISP provided router and it's not in bridge mode, you -can't- use a second NAT router behind it. If your ISP won't let you switch it to bridge mode, switch your own router to switch mode and turn the firewall off.
