Weapon suggestion for lvl 50 WHM?

There is a lot of talk going on about getting the GC weapon at lvl 50 but I must say that I'm not impressed by the GC wand you get as CNJ/WHM. Since it's 1H you need a good shield and I have not been able to find a lvl 50 green one yet. There are none in the Market and there is no lvl.50 GC shield. Why is that?

You can either get the 2-hand Darklight Kple Kple from The Wanderer's Palace(dropped by last boss).
Or you can get the GC weapon and get the Darklight Square Shield also from last boss in The Wanderer's Palace.
Another possibility is getting the 2-hand Ifrit's Cane from Ifrit.(best weapon)

Titan's>Garuda's>Ifrit's>darklight>gc weapon
