Can someone please tell me why am i having so many lag problems ?

it started yesterday and i hoped that the server reset would fix it but it just got worst.

im a european player but never had lag issues, sometimes i see that the sendind is = 0 and others is the reciving = 0

any help ? can any gm please take a look at it ?
