Hey DoTs were worst in FFXI. You could only stick one Bio per enemy even if another person cast it and Bio 1 and Bio 2 didnt stack and Opposite elements cancel out each other like Bio and Dia or like Frost and Burn. So FFXIV is still better and superior in that way.
