    Quest Bug "Into Copper Hell"

    Completed the dungeon Copper Bell Mines via duty finder as required. Quest "Into Copper Hell' currently says 'Report to Painted Mesa'. Return and try to talk to Painted Mesa and he is all shiny and glowing, try to talk to him and his only response is; Duty Calls Commence battle for "Into a Copper Hell"? Only options are to proceed or leave, doesn't let me turn the completed quest in. Noticed this was a bug back in August as well. Stuck progress please help.

    NPCs required to report to: Painted mesa
    Class/Level: 19
    Party/Solo: party
    Screenshots, if possible:
    Any error messages that appear (i.e. Quest cannot be completed until the following requirements are met, etc.): no error message
    Current Step of the Quests Listed (Quest objective): Report to Painted Mesa
