Something suspicious is going on here... (3102, and other issues)

I haven't logged into FFXIV for a few days, and a member of my Free Company informed me today that I'd left the Free Company. This was news to me, as I was in the Free Company when last I logged in. So, I had another member verify that I had left, and it said I had, 3 hours ago.

So, I tried logging in (now, and before the maintenance), and I got a 3102 error both times. I've changed my password, and I'm wondering if there's a way to force the character to log out so I can log in and try to discover just what's happening.

    Thanks for the help!

EDIT: And now there is a character called "Fjkrxqyy Fvatnhnd (Balmung)" and I can't delete it. I really need this character to log off so my password changes can take effect and I can play again.

I believe if you can access your SE control panel you can turn off your account to kick the person off, then turn it back on.

How do I do that? I saw "cancel service account," but I don't like the sounds of that and have no idea what it'd do to my account.

I believe its the cancel service feature, though I am not sure. In the previous way they did it you could deactivate your service account then reactivate your service account, not sure if the cancel is the same as deactivate, or if it deletes the entire account.

EDIT: Found several posts on here that say that cancelling the service account is the same as deactivating it.
