No rewards ARR Collector’s Edition?

i just want to say guys i already Own the FFXIV version 1.0 Collector’s Edition
and i didn't receive the FFXIV: ARR Collector’s Edition in-game bonus items
(Helm of Light, Baby Behemoth Minion, Behemoth Barding, and Coeurl Mount)
and i waited in the live chat for over 2 hours and my request had been canceled
this is my Ticket Number: 2596702, that was from 26/08/2013,

I'm in the same boat. I opened a ticket about this in late August; that ticket was thrown out in the mass cancellation of tickets at the end of August. So I opened a new ticket, waited quite some time for a response, and was eventually told that this problem could not be resolved via email support (why!?), and that I would have to open a new ticket and use either chat or telephone support.

Chat support never appears as an option when I open a ticket.

As for phone support, I made a 40-minute long distance call from Canada the other day, and never got past the queue of customers waiting on hold. Since I'm not completely made of money, I hung up.

I'm now beginning to doubt that I will ever be able to get S-E to fix this for me.
