Vote to Kick in Instances

I do not see how like in TERA the whole party needs to agree on Kicking a player can be abused in any way. in TERA it is also not possible to kick during bossfights or looting. Its a VERY usefull function that will prevent the current abuse.

If you state it that clearly then you close a method by which they are exploitable. However you did not. However had SE overlooked that and people started getting booted just after a boss fight (by premades needing a warm body) then yes there is an issue.

/sarcasm its entirely not unlike SE to over look glaring flaws, take a look at how AK runs were until recently "speed runs" using some kind of cheat to skip half the dungeon. Now its fixed and people complain that some people have an unfair advantage.
