This personally has never happened to me, but it happened to the other three members in my party a few days ago. I got knocked back but they did not and then after about 10 seconds they were then knocked back. It was very strange and I'd never seen it before. Repel clearly didn't 'lag' for me, but it did for my other party members. Luckily they weren't thrown off the edge. xD
