    Seeds of Hope NPC bugged.

    The level 50 Botanist quest "Seeds of hope" is bugged. The NPC, Roiteloin, will not interact with your character on Botanist.

    Upon switching jobs, the quest will show up in the options, and he will engage in "small talk."
