ok so ive sat in live chat for 2+ hours 3 times and waited on hold on the phone for 2.5+ hours 3 times as well everytime i get to the top of the Qeue in live chat it says "noone is available right now, try again later" why the hell is there a qeue if there's noone to answer you when you get to the top???? on the phone i sit on hold for over 2.5 hours and then randomly they just disconnect you, so wasted over 12 hours waiting on hold only to never speak to a single person..

Ive sent in multiple email tickets and they say they the service is available but not through email only live chat or by phone..

is this serious or what? how am i supposed to get my account restored??

We can hardly do anything, sadly :/ Those are the only ways to contact them.
SE should understand that the customer support is one of the main things when offering a service. I don't get why they don't increase the staff if they don't have enough people. And if the chat/phone queue is too dumb to work properly they should offer to call back within 24h because it's unacceptable.

yeaaaaaaa, i am very confused as why you dont have an authenticator on your account, the mobile app version is free and the physical one is only a few dollars.

i do have an authenticator now, at the time i didnt have a smart phone and didnt think it was really necessary, never had an account hacked before in all the games i played. Thats not really the issue though, the issue is that i cant even talk to a person and get this fixed after 12+ hours of holding on the phone/live chat.
