    Steady Hand?

    Lets say i use "Hasty Touch" with 50% succsess rate

    Steady Hand - 50% + 20% = 60% or
    Steady Hand - 50% + 20% = 70%

    Someone knows?

    try use the touch with 80% chance + steady hands => it will never fail, or atleast it never failed for me so far XD
