What I can craft (iLv70) :

WVR (Vanya set for SCH, SMN, BLM and WHM)
LTW (Gryphonskin set for BRD, MNK)
CRP (Healer shoes for SCH, WHM)
GSM (Any 2 stars accessories)
and any level 70 food!

Every 2 stars crafts are most HQ with HQ mats (except tomes mats, of course)

Fee:

75k per craft if you provide all HQ mats

90k per craft if you provide only tomes mats (Potash, Animal Fat, Peacock Ore)

Ps. Even I've never failed to HQ yet. There is still a small risk that it won't.
