Vote to Kick in Instances

I don't know if this is a bug but it frustrates me to pices. I have done several instances trying to get my darkgear and more or less EVERY time i get matched with dutyfinder there is one afk standing there all the time doing nothing leeching badges. I as a player DEMAND that a vote to kick function is implemented or just plain kick. If this issue is not fixed i demand to have a refund of the game cause i feel it is poorly constructed.

Vote kicking is open to abuse, however like FATES all players should have participated in the fights to a measurable quality before anything drops for them, be it badges, seals,. or even the right to click "NEED"

I do not see how like in TERA the whole party needs to agree on Kicking a player can be abused in any way. in TERA it is also not possible to kick during bossfights or looting. Its a VERY usefull function that will prevent the current abuse.

If you state it that clearly then you close a method by which they are exploitable. However you did not. However had SE overlooked that and people started getting booted just after a boss fight (by premades needing a warm body) then yes there is an issue.

/sarcasm its entirely not unlike SE to over look glaring flaws, take a look at how AK runs were until recently "speed runs" using some kind of cheat to skip half the dungeon. Now its fixed and people complain that some people have an unfair advantage.

I don't really understand what you mean. The issue, bug or exploit if you will is that its totally possible to stay in an instance and do nothing for 1h whit out any penalty what so ever and noone in the party can do anything to change this fact. I have encountered players who more or less typed in party that they watch a movie or play another game etc and that the rest of us can not do shit about it.
