    LeveQuests (Fix?)

    I had only 3 allowances and i did 2 of the right quests I wanted to do.
    Then I clicked on the wrong leve and picked it then went to quest and press abandon on it and it took my last allowance now I have to wait 8hrs please fix this.

    Not a bug.
    If you pick up a levequest, an allowance is used up permanently.
