Being able to right click black list, report, or blacklist and report simultaneously would be a good idea.
It seems that the way the AH is designed is aimed towards reducing RMT.
By the time the are able to use the AH their account is already banned, smart move on SE's part. Now it's just a matter of reporting and banning.
