Cancel Accounts for Inccorectly registered Code....

on August 28th they created a entire web page for just user who incorrectly registered there service codes now they turn it around like its our fault they cant combine them or we wasted the last month playing our second Service account.

I'm about to get my only lvl 50 Deleted im not a happy camper

And they just hang up on you or disconnect when they want I have spoken with a

Daniel C. who hung up on me, wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor either

both cant give me a date of when they will be canceled but most likely it will be my lvl 50 account

I have sent about 7 Emails ... only to get - "This email has been sent to notify you that your ticket was received and will be responded to within 2 business days (48 hours) of receipt."

but no confirmation on what is going to happen....

And they Chat support is no better either they just hang up on you there also if they cant fix your problem. (I have a copy of that also)

So what should we do not play all together if we don't know which will be removed ... only thing I can think of.

If your new service account is higher level then your previous account, why not just stop the merger process?

Just ask a friend to hold all your . It won't be deleted. They'll just make the other service account active and this one inactive. Give items and gil to a trusted friend or renew the sub on this account instead.
