BRD Cooldown sequence?

You want internal release on your DoT's more than damage buffs right? Not to mention Barrage should be last priority, I basically have two macro buttons for CD. For burst damage I just mash them through, one ending in barrage one ending in Internal release, SS -> DoT's ..etc. I have every CD off macro on my hotbar if I need more precision cast as well.

I've had better parsing with it going on the second round. This was partly due to confusion though. Having it up on DOTs with both damage increasing abilities for BL procs is great, but weaving in BL procs while getting the buffs up to go on the second round of DOTs is extremely difficult to do. There is just way to many things to keep up with. Which is why I'm baffled that people think bard dps is easy to do.

Regardless, I will probably replace it back with hawk eye and just practice. I do think it is a dps increase if you can keep up with the procs.

Consider it is just prioritizing one button over another, it is pretty easy to do.

I also put BfB after RS just cause i typically do it that way. They're the same damage increase.

Also a bit confused on your placement of off GCD abilities and on GCD abilities.

Your DoTs are at most like 20% of your total damage, the important thing is IV on them, not the other buffs. So I wouldn't worry about that so much. At the very least, IV before Barrage.

Unless you get extremely lucky with procs (yes, extremely lucky), you will not get more than 2 or 3 BL procs, and that is acceptable. Your first buff will run out before barrage does, but thats okay, since your first buff should be hawk's eye which has the least dps increase.

True enough, but with all the stuff you have to watch early on, it can be hectic to keep up with BL procs as well when weaving them in.

I did switch IR back to the front and moved Hawk eye. After more parses, it is coming out slightly ahead. As to RS last, it is simply because it is the stronger buff as calculated by the game. So if you do slightly miss the timing with that first clip it will still refresh the dots which won't happen if bfb is trying to overwrite RS.
