Alot of mine are not just from towns but from dragons head, revenants toll, and random tell spam.

A lot of places are bad but on my server it took a while for Revenants Toll to succumb to RMT's. Sadly while spending a lot of my time there, I personally added about 20 more names to my blist I thought there might be a slight possibility that we were safe from their grasp! Guess no where is

It's a personal issue of mine. I don't know about you but I don't like to see the chat log spammed by one person saying the same thing over and over and over again. It annoys me. Especially receiving random Tells of the same thing.
