party member not qualify??

I am trying to do the tam taracroft duty finder but everytime I team up with someone it keeps saying "a party member is not qualify" and saying that i'm not qualified to do this quest and try again later does anyone know how to fix this? :/

If you are are to see the dungeon in the duty finder, then someone else in your party has not made it available yet. Perhaps they are making the same mistake my friend always makes.. he gets the quest that says go to such and such dungeon, but he forgets to actually go there and activate it. Its also possible that you or someone else has their chocobo out.. I have no idea if that counts, but I do know that chocobos count as party members.

It could also be that one of the party members switched classes while waiting and the DF won't accept him/her until they switch back to the class they signed up with.
